In the heart of Valentine season, we meet Piper Davis, a committed proposal architect who weaves magical engagement moments for her clientele. With the holiday of love looming, she finds herself swamped with work, and grappling with personal feelings of a past love gone awry. Her latest assignment is a challenging one - to design an over-the-top proposal for Jordan Freeman, who wishes to pop the question to his boyfriend, Simon, the love of his life.
To devise the perfect proposal, Piper teams up with Jordan's best buddy, Adam Taylor, who is also Simon's sibling. With only a week to craft the ideal love declaration, they decide on a ruse: Piper would masquerade as Adam's new sweetheart, a move designed to foster a deeper understanding of Jordan and Simon, aiding her in perfecting the proposal theme.
The charade of playing a couple is both seamless and intricate for Piper and Adam. An immediate spark of attraction ignites between them, allowing them to convincingly play their roles. However, their contrasting vocations - Piper, the orchestrator of love proposals, and Adam, a marriage mediator - create a certain friction.
As the countdown to the grand proposal day begins, the faux relationship of Piper and Adam blossoms into a genuine connection. This unexpected development inspires Adam to devise a unique proposal of his own, adding an unexpected twist to their Valentine's journey.
