Plot

In the turbulent life of seventeen-year-old Daan, the echoes of tragedy reverberate. His family remains shattered by the untimely demise of his elder brother Robbie, a loss that has left a void too vast to fill. His mother, Nina, is a prisoner of her own grief, confined within the walls of their home, while his father, Filip, seeks refuge in the relentless grind of work. The tattered fragments of their lives seem to find a glimmer of hope when Nina and Daan encounter Radja, a homeless drifter. Seeing in him a chance to heal her fractured world, Nina impulsively welcomes Radja into their home. However, this decision begins to erode the already fragile familial bonds, as their peaceful existence succumbs to a toxic mix of sex, violence, and tension. As Radja's influence over Nina grows, Daan is compelled to delve into the stranger's enigmatic past. The deeper he digs, the more he is consumed by a growing dread that their uninvited guest harbours the chilling traits of a psychopath. The tension builds, and Daan soon finds himself at the heart of a domestic battlefield, where the lines between saviour and destroyer blur.
