Back to Back (1996)

2 Yakuzas who have just arrived in town got the attention from the local Mob. One of the Yakuza later teamed up with a framed cop(Bob) and they blast their way through the mob, eventually killing the Mob Boss and the corrup lieutenant who framed Bob, but the Yakuza end up dead too.

Back to Back is an action movie featuring Michael Rooker and directed by Roger Nygard.
