Hannah Fisher, a leading travel agent at Tropical Beach Travel, harbors a sun-kissed dream of managing a hotel in an exotic locale. However, a disastrous flood at a hotel she formerly managed in New York has left an imprint on her resume and self-confidence, pushing her ambitions adrift. Her journey takes an unexpected turn when her boss, Erin, assigns her to a family operation at an ice hotel, marking the company's venture into frosty destinations through their new division, Frosty Forays. Despite her aversion to the chill, Hannah finds herself in line to manage this icy division, displacing a long-planned tropical cruise with her parents and best friend, Phoebe Price. Phoebe, seeking solace from a recent break-up, chooses to accompany Hannah over the cruise. Upon their arrival at the ice hotel, Hannah's distaste for winter escapes begins to thaw as she becomes captivated by the hotel's magical allure, further amplified by her encounter with the charismatic hotel owner and designer, Ben Wade. As Hannah inadvertently becomes the catalyst of multiple mishaps, she finds herself entwined in the hotel's behind-the-scenes operation to rectify her errors. This doesn't sit well with the hotel manager, Bridgette, who perceives Hannah as a rival for Ben's next ice hotel venture in Finland and for Ben's affections. Bridgette's attempts to undermine Hannah's confidence are further complicated by the interplay between Hannah and Ben, both professionally and personally, influenced by their encounter with a seemingly ordinary guest, "Robert Greene", who checks into the hotel with hidden professional intentions. As Hannah grapples with the icy allure of her new assignment, she must navigate professional rivalries, unexpected romances, and covert agendas, all while trying to regain her self-belief and redefine her dreams.
