Awake (2007)

Clay Beresford is rich and handsome, but he’ll die without a heart transplant. When a donor comes available, Clay asks his friend, Dr. Jack Harper, to perform the surgery. Before the procedure, Clay marries his girlfriend in a spur-of-the-moment wedding. Now ready to go under the knife, Clay is put under anesthesia, but something goes terribly wrong. He is immobilized but he remains completely alert. He can’t speak, but Clay is horrified listening to his team of surgeons. It seems they are not planning to save his life - they're plotting to murder him on the operating table.
