Plot

As darkness descends on Louisiana's State Route 53, Emily's world is shattered by a sudden car accident. Her boyfriend Bobby, and their companions Clare, Dmitriy, and Jude are thrown into a nightmarish reality as they discover their vehicle has collided with a stranger. Fate leads them to an ambulance mysteriously present at the scene, offering a glimmer of hope amidst the chaos. They are transported to Mercy Hospital, a seemingly desolate sanctuary, where their nightmare truly begins. The enigmatic nurse Marian ushers Bobby into the exam room, leaving Emily desperate for answers about her partner's fate. It's here she encounters the eerily charismatic Dr. David Benway who assures her of Bobby's wellbeing. However, as the quiet hospital corridors echo with whispers of secrets hidden in the shadows, Emily starts to unravel a horrifying truth. Mercy Hospital, under Dr. Benway's control, is not the sanctuary it appears to be. It's a sinister playground for inhuman experiments, its helpless victims becoming unwilling participants in a chilling game of life and death. In this tale of suspense and survival, recent college graduates are forced to confront the inconceivable. An innocent vacation transforms into a desperate struggle for survival against the twisted machinations of a doctor lost in his own monstrous experiments. Can they escape the clutches of Mercy Hospital, or will they become the next subjects in Dr. Benway's terrifying research? This is the alarming narrative of 'Autopsy' (2008), a journey that will keep you on edge until the very end.
