In the heart of Queens, Billie Golden, a vivacious Cabaret singer with dreams as bold as her personality, graces a small club with her voice. Embracing her life as if she's the starlet of a technicolor classic, she dons Audrey Hepburn-inspired attire, much to the chagrin of her disillusioned, alcoholic mother.
