As her doting father, Santa, keeps a protective eye on her through a mystical snow globe, Annie finds herself in the vibrant heart of L.A., forging a bond with Lucy (Vivica A. Fox), the lively owner of the Candy Cane Inn, and her young daughter, Mia (Nay Nay Kirby).
In no time, Annie is whisked into the world of retail, securing a position at the once-thriving Wonderland Toys. The store, run by the charismatic Ted (Sam Page), is on the brink of closure, struggling to keep its charm alive in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven world. Amid the nostalgia of old-fashioned toys, Annie uncovers a budding affection for Ted, the Christmas traditionalist.
