Tomokawa, a hardened cop disillusioned by life's monotony, finds solace in the company of lonely housewives and Sukemasa, a mentally challenged teenager. His mundane existence takes an unexpected turn when he encounters a 15-year-old girl, Yoko, in a bar, who brazenly offers him a clandestine rendezvous in exchange for money.
