In the heart of a Blanc-Biehn production, an audacious concept unfurls - a governmentally engineered drug, a panacea forged in the crucible of science. Its purpose? To adjust the perceptions conceived during episodes of trauma or stress, potentially paving the way to resolve issues as diverse and momentous as racial tensions, PTSD, and geopolitical conflicts. Before it can be unleashed upon the world, a rigorous study must first ascertain human responses and determine the optimal dosages. Four couples, as diverse as they are ordinary, are selected for this monumental experiment. They become the pioneers, the human petri dishes in this daring socio-scientific venture. As they embark on a journey teetering on the boundaries of cognition and reality, they soon discover that their memories - the very fabric of their identities - are no longer watertight. Their sanity, once an immovable bedrock, starts to tremble beneath the weight of the experiment. "Altered Perception" is an intricate exploration of the human psyche and the fragile nature of perception under the influence of science. Will the cure prove more dangerous than the disease?
