Plot

In the heart of London's opulence lives Rajveer Singh, a wealthy East Indian man, ensnared in a loveless marriage to Sheena, a former Indian model. His life is a gilded cage, made more confining by a stringent prenuptial agreement that turns divorce into an impossible dream. Sheena, while devoted, clings to Rajveer with a possessiveness that leaves him yearning for freedom. Enter Ricky, a charming fashion photographer known for his flirtatious dalliances with women. He is summoned to London by Sheena, who seeks retribution for his heartless abandonment of her friend Nisha, a decision that led to a tragic suicide attempt. Their confrontation ends in an explosive argument, resulting in the destruction of Ricky's expensive camera. Fast forward three years, Ricky's photography career flourishes, culminating in an art exhibition where Rajveer buys his work for a staggering thirty lakh rupees. But Rajveer's interest is not in Ricky's art, but rather in a devious scheme to win his own freedom. He proposes a deal, offering Ricky an opportunity to clear his mounting debts by seducing Sheena, and thus paving the way for a scandal-free divorce that would leave Rajveer with his wealth intact. Ricky, ever the opportunist, embarks on this dangerous liaison with Sheena, and soon she falls under his spell. But the heart is a fickle thing, and Rajveer finds himself still in love with Sheena, now desperate to preserve their marriage. He offers Ricky fifty lakh rupees to leave them, but Ricky, intoxicated by Sheena's love, refuses. In an extravagant birthday celebration for Sheena, love, jealousy, and betrayal culminate in a shocking climax - Ricky's murder. The investigation falls into the hands of Chief Investigating Officer Steve Bakshi, who finds himself torn between two prime suspects: Rajveer, the jealous husband, and Sheena, the betrayed wife. As Steve edges closer to an arrest, the audience is left at the edge of their seat, watching the dark and twisted tale of love and deception unravel in 'Aksar'.
