In the sinister labyrinth of Los Angeles' underworld, the notorious crime lord Vladik Zorich (Dolph Lundgren) reigns supreme, his influence seeping into the city's darkest corners through a nefarious network of illicit arms, gambling, drugs, and human trafficking.
