Aashayein (2010)

In the pulsating heart of Mumbai, Aashayein unravels the tale of Rahul Sharma, a gambler whose fortunes take a dramatic turn when he wins an astronomical sum betting on Zimbabwe's cricket team. On a tidal wave of success, Rahul plans to propose to his beloved Nafisa and open a lavish resort. However, his world shatters into a million pieces when he's diagnosed with lung cancer, a bitter consequence of his smoking habits, and given a grim prognosis of three months to live.
