Immersed in the razzle-dazzle of the Country Christmas Live TV show, we find Vivian, a tireless television producer with an uncompromising dedication to her work. Her world is rattled when Gavin, an old friend and manager of the country music sensation, Belinda Manners, reappears from the bright lights of Los Angeles. His return stirs up a dust cloud of unresolved conflicts and forgotten bonds from their past. In an unexpected twist, Vivian is visited by the spectral figure of Marilyn, her late mentor. Marilyn guides her on a spectral journey, introducing her to Pat, the Ghost of Christmas Past, and then to the Spirit of Christmas Present. These spectral visits serve to illuminate her past choices and their impact on her present. Adding to the drama is the arrival of Henry Moss, the authoritative head of the TV network. He dangles the tantalizing prospect of a promotion to the glitzy world of Los Angeles and the IMA's in front of Vivian, adding fuel to her ambition. However, his underhanded attempt to sideline Belinda, Gavin's star client, from the show's opening act stokes a moral dilemma within Vivian. As the tension escalates, she wrestles with an age-old question: Will she allow ambition to overshadow friendship as she did many years ago, or will the spectral visitors succeed in thawing her hardened heart?
