In the swirling chaos of a bustling race track, Spencer Holden, a charming bit actor with an eye for mischief and a knack for scamming, stumbles upon a twisted plot while filming on location. He overhears the bumbling duo, Binky and Turnip, as they rig a race by pumping an untraceable super stimulant into a horse named Sorry Sue. Recognizing an opportunity, Spencer ropes in his best friend and ambitious drive-in carhop turned hopeful restaurateur, Dennis Powell, into a scheme to cash in on the rigged race.
