In the searing heat of the desert, Brian Barnes (Johnny Messner) awakens, wounded and stripped of his memories. He finds himself in a grim tableau of death, surrounded by eight lifeless bodies, a van brimming with four million dollars in cash and another filled to the brim with cocaine. With no recollection of his identity or the events that led him here, Barnes finds himself the target of a ruthless triad of pursuers. The notorious drug lord, Danny Perez (Danny Trejo), hungers for the return of his lost fortune, his dark eyes filled with a thirst for vengeance. DEA Agent Rooker (Dolph Lundgren), a man who lives and breathes the law, relentlessly trails Barnes, his every step echoing with dogged determination.
