Richie's smart enough to get into grad school at Princeton, and he thinks he's smart enough to know when he's being swindled. So when he still loses despite being confident that he's cracked the code to an online poker game, he decides to pay the company's CEO a visit. But Ivan Block isn't what he first appears to be. Based out of Costa Rica, there's something shady but also alluring about his overall demeanor. Richie is initially reeled in by Ivan's charms, but he eventually finds himself approached by the FBI. But Richie's in a dangerous game, and everyone involved considers him an expendable liability.
