17 Again (2009)

17-year old Mike's life could not get any better: a star on his high school's basketball team, he is poised to get a scholarship, all while dating the beautiful Scarlet. On the day of a big game, Scarlet reveals that she is pregnant, which prompts Mike to propose marriage. Once they are married, however, all he can complain about was how is life 'ended' after he made that choice, so she kicks him out. After returning to his school and making a wish, Mike ends up being back in the body he had when he was 17. A do-over ensues.
