Plot

In the harrowing world of crime, Seo Do Won has earned a reputation as a relentless detective, unafraid to dive headfirst into the darkest corners of humanity. His fearlessness is put to the ultimate test when the woman he cherishes falls victim to a ruthless serial killer, causing his world to shatter into fragments. Unexpectedly, Do Won discovers a strange ability to traverse between parallel universes and now finds himself living two lives. One, as a man burdened by his father's sins, and another, as a man living a perilous life as a result of those transgressions. In one world, his love is tragically gone, while in the other, she is vibrantly alive. Overwhelmed by this duality, Do Won pledges to hunt down her killer in one universe and fiercely protect her in the other. Acknowledging the enormity of his mission, he seeks the assistance of his colleagues in both worlds. Han Seo Kyung, a reserved prosecutor with a heart of gold in one universe, and a cold, emotionless detective in the other, becomes his ally. Together with Lee Jung Min, a determined member of the scientific investigation unit, they form an unlikely team. Their mission is as complex as their universe: to unravel the mystery behind the serial killer in one world, and to safeguard Do Won's love in the other. In this intricate dance of love, loss, and alternate realities, "Train" is an enigmatic journey through the convoluted layers of human emotion and the haunting echo of what could have been. As Do Won navigates these intertwining worlds, he must grapple with the stark contrasts of his dual existence and the heartrending choices that come with it.
