Plot
An overweight and an underweight person swap diets for a week under the supervision of Dr. Christian Jessen. The contestants who swap diets are typically those that eat extreme diets and/or have eating disorder problems in the works. The goal is to show these people how extreme their diets have become, possibly quite far from what they intended, as well as give them the chance to get their lives back on track.
