"Plus & Minus" (2022) is a riveting tale of love and collision, tracing the emotional journey of two intertwined couples. We're introduced to Zheng Ze Shou and Fu Li Gong, inseparable companions who have shared a bond since their kindergarten days. Not only do they share a treasury of childhood memories, but they also navigate adulthood together within the same corporate walls. Their tranquil coexistence is disrupted when an unforeseen event throws them off balance. Simultaneously, we meet Kato Yuki, or 'X', a free-spirited mixologist who breathes life into the city's nocturnal landscape, and Jian Ying Ze, a laundromat owner haunted by the ghost of his failed marriage. Their worlds collide dramatically one fateful day when the laundromat proprietor unexpectedly plunges into the vibrant world of the maverick bartender. As they stumble through their conflicting realities, they gradually peel back the layers of their hidden desires and dreams.
