Plot

In the whirlwind of a high school entrance ceremony, Kotoko Aihara, a student of ordinary intellect, is bewitched by the captivating presence of the handsome Naoki Irie. He seizes her heart at first glance, sparking a flame of love she finds hard to extinguish. Despite her initial reluctance, Kotoko gathers the courage to confess her feelings, only to be met with the cold dismissal from Naoki, who disdainfully brushes her aside with a preference for more intellectually endowed women. Fate, however, has a peculiar way of weaving its magic. An unexpected meteor strike reduces Kotoko's house to rubble, forcing her and her father to seek shelter in the residence of a close friend. The surprise awaiting Kotoko at this temporary haven is nothing short of cosmic irony: Naoki Irie, the enchanting boy who rejected her love, shares the same roof. The unfolding chapters of 'Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo' promise a roller coaster of emotions, as Kotoko navigates her challenging new living situation, her unrequited love, and the intriguing mysteries that accompany the elusive Naoki Irie.
