Plot
A U.S. submarine commander has a difficult decision to make when asked to fire a nuclear missile. It's an order that both Captain Chaplin and his second in command refuse to follow through on, and the submarine is attacked by the U.S. military in response. With the lives of his crew at stake, Chaplin mutinies and takes his crew and the submarine to a remote island. Now considered traitors to their own country, their best hope of a good life is to build their own nation. It will serve as a refuge for the forgotten but a target for nations throughout the world.
