Plot
Jesse Hawkes is an ex-Marine who created the High Mountain Rangers 35 years ago. After bringing the arm of law down on his long-term enemy T.J. Cousins, Hawkes retired and decided to take on a new project. Cousins got out of the death penalty on a technicality, and now has escaped from jail and is after Merlin, the number two of the High Mountain Rangers. It’s time for Hawkes to go up against Cousins one more time.
