Plot
The show follows the adventures of Bloom. Bloom was a typical American teenager until she discovers her powers as a fire fairy - something that occurs when she loses control and accidentally almost burns her house to the ground. Following this, Bloom is sent to Alfea College, located in the "Otherworld," a place where fairies and other magical creatures reside. There, she is taught how to use her powers but is also drawn into a magical battle that has been raging for decades. Bloom must navigate new relationships and find the truth behind her troubled past.
