Farscape (1999)

An experimental solo mission turns out to be more extreme than imagined when astronaut John Crichton finds himself pulled through a black hole in the depths of space. He unexpectedly finds himself in a whole new universe occupied by strange alien creatures. Crichton is the one who stands out like a sore thumb out here, and Crichton made the mistake of accidentally killing a law enforcement species just upon his arrival. With no understanding of this universe and no way to get home, he finds himself on the run with a group of fugitives jumping from one adventure to another.
