Emerald City (2017)

Dorothy Gale arrived in a tornado, and a tornado will carry her to her destiny 20 years later. The mysterious mark on her hand foretells some sort of destiny, but Dorothy is now 20 and working as a nurse while struggling with her own mental health issues. But when another tornado arrives, she finds herself transported to the magical land of Oz. She's on a quest to find the Wizard who rules this kingdom and can potentially send her back home. At her side is a German shepherd named Toto, but she'll meet plenty of friends and foes along her journey.
