Crossing Lines (2013)

Serial killers partly manage to navigate the world unseen thanks to a lack of communication between police jurisdictions, but the International Criminal Court's special crime unit is designed to remedy that issue. They operate in Europe and can cross jurisdictions in the pursuit of their prey. Leading the charge is disgraced former NYPD officer Carl Hickman, but he's just one piece in a crew that includes specialists from all over the world. Whether they're hunting down a killer or tracking down the people who executed a terrorist bombing, they've been given unprecedented leverage to do what it takes to get results.
