Caprica (2010)

This is a science fiction, action drama that is the prequel to Battlestar Galactica. It takes place 58 years before the Twelve Colonies of Kobol were destroyed. The series chronicles how humanity created the Cylon androids that eventually turned against humans. the father and uncle of the main character who is destined to be the senior military survivor that is the last of the original Twelve Colonies. The story follows a wealthy technologist who is obsessed with finding his missing daughter and uses all his resources. Will he be successful or only find that he may have to face reality?
