In the passionate heart of Mexico, a young charmer, Nacho, armed with golden rings and a devilish smile, lures girls into fleeting romances. Alongside his accomplice Lucho, they spin a web of seduction, leaving a trail of heartbroken damsels in their wake. Unbeknownst to Nacho, Lucho's method of assistance ventures into the shady territory, lacing their date's drinks with a potent potion that erodes inhibition. Upon graduating high school, Nacho, blessed with affluence, heads to Los Angeles to pursue a medical career, leaving behind a string of broken promises. Amongst these is Margarita, who fell victim to the duo's final night of debauchery in Mexico. In a twist of fate, Lucho's potion ensnares not just Margarita, but Nacho as well, leading to an uninhibited encounter that leaves Margarita with more than just heartache. As dawn breaks, she awakens, alone and naked, carrying the seed of Nacho's indiscretion, unbeknownst to him as he embarks on his journey to Los Angeles.
