Plot
Ted Lasso may have been gifted as a coach for American football, but he's going to find that the game is quite different on the other side of the pond. That means he'll need to struggle with his own weak knowledge of the game while also trying to transform a U.K. football team into a group that can actually win a game. And while he faces cultural difficulties as well, the truth is that the team initially doesn't like Tom Lasso at all. But can his optimistic and folksy charm win over the team and help him lead them to victory?
