In the shadowy labyrinth of deceit, Matt Draper navigates two distinct lives. One is rooted in the tranquil countryside, where he is a prescription salesman bound to Ruth, his emotionally aloof wife. He keeps Ruth captive in their secluded home, her spirit caged in a gilded prison of isolation. However, under the guise of Dr. Matt Swan, he frequently travels to the bustling hub of Los Angeles.
