Herr Raab, a reliable technical draftsman, is a man of routine, neatly tucked into three-piece suits and a slicked-down hairdo. He's a cog in the corporate machine, valued for his technical precision, yet urged by his superiors to venture into the realm of problem-solving. At home, he endures the social ambitions of his wife, a driven woman with a penchant for the luxurious. Despite this, they share tender moments of marital bliss. Herr Raab also dons the hat of an attentive father, guiding his son through the trials of homework.
Their home, a hub of social interaction, welcomes frequent visitors, from judgemental parents to old school friends and nosy neighbors. Amidst the chaos, whispers about his wife's extravagant tastes echo in the hallways. As he stumbles through a lackluster and mildly inebriated toast at an office dinner, his chances of promotion seem to waver. Yet, the question remains - what could possibly push the steadfast Herr Raab to run amok?
