In the haunting halls of a school teeming with secrets, a terrified teacher, Mrs. Park, stumbles upon chilling revelations in student files. In her panic, she reaches out to young educator Eun-young Hur with a cryptic warning - the ghost of Jin-ju Jang, a deceased student, has returned. Before she can explain further, the line goes dead, followed by a spectral assault that leaves her lifeless.
As dawn breaks on a new day, Jae-yi Yoon, a teen with a keen intuition, awaits her friend Ji-oh Lim, a girl bestowed with the otherworldly ability to communicate with spirits. Their bond grows stronger, carving a path of intimate friendship in a school otherwise gripped by terror.
Stepping into the absent shoes of Mrs. Park is Mr. Oh, known fearfully as 'Mad Dog', whose harsh demeanour and oppressive discipline stirs the school’s undercurrents. He singles out Ji-oh, stifling her artistic expression, and instigates a rivalry between the beautiful So-young Park and the enigmatic Jung-sook Kim, causing a rift in their once-solid friendship.
Simultaneously, Miss Hur is drawn into the shadowy past of her cherished friend Jin-ju, whose life tragically ended by suicide. In her attempts to reach out to Jin-ju's spirit, she uncovers a dark secret intertwining her friend and Mrs. Park. As the narrative unfolds, the school's chilling whispers grow louder, echoing tales of friendships, secrets, and the restless spirits that haunt its corridors.
