Werewolf of London (1935)

Dr. Wilfred Glendon, an esteemed botanist, embarks on an expedition to the mystical realms of Tibet, returning to the fog-draped streets of London with a precious, rare flower - a gem of his expedition. However, he also brings back with him an ominous curse, inflicted upon him by a cryptic creature lurking in the Tibetan shadows. Under the glow of the full moon, Glendon is tortured by his transformation into a terrifying werewolf, his peaceful nights replaced by a reign of terror over the city's cobblestone streets.
