In the buzzing metropolis of Los Angeles, Kate Wolfe, a respected health and fitness aficionado, finds her career abruptly halted. Following a clash with Nigel, the new owner of LA's most esteemed gym, about the shallow aesthetics of "looking good" over genuine health and fitness, Kate finds herself exiled from her professional sphere. Seeking refuge, she returns to her quaint hometown, Silver Springs, WA, where she joins her best friend Sasha Jones at a tranquil wilderness wellness retreat. Kate's formidable reputation in Hollywood doesn't wane, though, and she soon finds herself hired as a personal trainer by a movie studio. Her task? To whip one of their elite stars into shape for an upcoming blockbuster. The catch? The star is none other than Rick Steele, a man whose path crossed with Kate's under less-than-friendly circumstances back in LA.
