Ralph is a video game character that longs to be a good guy. He idolizes the good guy in his game, Fix-It Felix. When a new game is revealed, Ralph thinks this may be his opportunity to live his dream. However, it doesn't go as planned, and Ralph ends up wrecking everything around him. Ralph tries to fix what he has broken, but things only get worse. His only hope is a glitch character.
