When middle-aged Bruce Wayne retired from fighting crime, he expected the void he left behind to be quickly filled by one of Gotham’s bright young stars. Instead, Gotham has descended into lawless chaos, and Batman’s old enemies are making trouble. Despite his age, Bruce Wayne is unwilling to abandon his city, especially when a young girl is kidnapped and the Gotham Police are unable to track down her kidnapper.
