Van Helsing (2004)

In the 1800s, vampire hunter Van Helsing is tracking his biggest prey yet: Count Dracula. Before Van Helsing can take on Dracula, he must defeat Frankenstein's monster, overpower a Wolf Man and escape Dracula's brides. Luckily, he's joined by his long-serving companion, Friar Carl, and a new ally, the beautiful Anna Valerius, the latest in a long line of Romanian vampire hunters. Together, these three heroes must overcome the forces arrayed against them and prevent Dracula from casting his shadow across the entire world.
