Twelve Thirty (2011)

In the labyrinth of the Langley household reside three solitary women, each ensnared by their unique emotional battles. Vivien, the matriarch, teeters on the precipice of unyielding independence and a paralyzing fear of the world beyond her doorstep. Her 19-year-old daughter, Mel, radiates allure and confidence, a youthful echo of her mother. Maura, the eldest at 22, is a lost soul, consumed by uncertainty, fear, and an inability to find her niche in the world. Despite sharing a roof, their lives are islands of solitude in a sea of familial discord. Their fragile equilibrium shatters with the arrival of Jeff, a bright, handsome 22-year-old, brimming with ambition and certain of his future, yet socially inept and a novice in the realm of love.
