Elisa works at a top-secret government facility as a janitor. Her life is simple and quiet, with few friends and little excitement. One day, a new research project is brought into the laboratory in the form of an odd, seemingly intelligent creature. Elisa slowly bonds with it, despite the military scientists insisting the creature is just an animal. While Elisa wants to help her new friend, is what's best for the wild creature the same as what's best for Elisa?
