Tickled (2016)

David Farrier follows pop culture for a New Zealand publication, but he finds himself on the trail of a case more sinister and bizarre than he would ever find on his normal beat. Farrier's journeys online make him aware of an online tickling competition that walks the line between fetish and legitimacy. But the deeper Farrier digs, the more he finds resistance from the mysterious people behind the competition. Farrier is increasingly beginning to believe that he's come across a bizarrely specific scam, and there may be a single person at the heart of all of the strings Farrier is discovering.
