Robert Nascimento has managed to become a legendary cop in a city that's overrun with corruption from within and without. And while he's dedicated his life to stopping the violence and heartbreak created by the cartels and the drug trade, an unfortunate turn of events leads to the Rio De Janeiro cop being reassigned.
