Forever fouling up at a revered Witch Academy, one of its’ most wet behind the ears students, Mildred, never fails to zig when she’s supposed to zag. Meanwhile, the academy’s headmistress, Mrs. Cackle has a terrible twin sister named Agatha who is intent on reducing the much respected school for budding broom riders to rubble. It’s up to Mildred to save the day before the Grand Wizard shows up for a Halloween bash that promises to be one hell of a ghoulish night of fun.
