Plot
This is an adventure comedy that stars cats and dogs. A scientist is developing a medicine that will stop dog allergies in humans, but the cats try to thwart the effort so no one will want a dog. If dogs are out of the picture, cats can take over the world of pets. The scientist’s family gets a cute beagle who wants to be a secret agent to stop the evil cat leader. He has no idea what a secret agent does but joins agent dogs in the neighborhood. Calamities and challenges are met by both cats and dogs to achieve dominance, but who will prevail?
