In the hushed tranquility of the English countryside, an annual ritual unfolds at the stately manor of Colonel Price. Each year, he dutifully gathers the remnants of an anti-Nazi resistance group, a motley collection of mostly German survivors, whom he corralled during the dark days of World War II. Taking the helm in 1943 after the group's founder met a cruel end at the hands of the Nazis, Price has been the torchbearer for this band of unlikely heroes. The air of this year's reunion, however, is tainted with an undercurrent of tension and suspicion. Haunted by the echoes of betrayal that led to his predecessor's demise, Price is determined to expose the traitor hiding amongst them, disguised in the cloak of camaraderie. With the grandeur of the reunion as the backdrop, the Colonel embarks on a clandestine mission of truth and retribution.
