Plot

In the heart of a tranquil forest, a chilling secret thrives, waiting to ensnare those who dare to uncover it. 'The Stairs' is a thrilling tale of survival that begins in 1997 when a young boy and his grandfather, locked in the age-old bonding ritual of hunting, stumble upon a mysterious, seemingly misplaced staircase nestled deep within the forest's embrace. The pair's subsequent vanishing act leaves the quaint local community grappling with questions, their fate shrouded in the forest's dense foliage. Fast forward twenty years, and we follow an eager group of hikers, their hearts and backpacks filled with the thrill of a week-long adventure. Their journey takes them deep into the very same wilderness that, decades before, swallowed the boy and his grandfather. As they venture further from the safety of their known world, each step draws them closer to the mountain's treacherous trap. The forest, however, is not done with its eerie surprises. They stumble upon the same ominous staircase, a chilling reminder of the past standing stark against the wild. The mystery of the stairs, the same that had consumed the boy and his grandfather, now threatens to suck them into its vortex. In 'The Stairs,' the ticking clock of survival and the haunting pull of the unknown merge into a gripping cinematic experience. It's a labyrinthine journey where past and present collide, and the terror of the forest's secret is only a step away.
