Plot

In the intoxicating whirl of adolescent life, Nola (Sabrina Carpenter) finds her home not in a stationary house, but the ever-changing vistas of the open road. Alongside her self-sustaining father (Steven Ogg), the duo navigates the vast expanse of the United States in their cherished, rejuvenated RV, their existence a symphony of freedom, punctuated by odd jobs that keep them afloat. But when an unexpected fracture upends Nola's transient life, she's thrust into uncharted territory. Determined, she steers her course toward Albuquerque, New Mexico, driven by the mystery of a mother she has never met. A sudden breakdown of her mobile haven leads her to an unlikely ally, an auto body shop owner (Danny Trejo). Amidst the chaos, Nola senses a glimmer of stability, a chance to finally drop anchor in her turbulent sea.
