In the chilling grasp of the Arctic, an expedition is launched on the ship Polar Queen, sponsored by the family of a renowned photographer, Charly. Their mission: a rescue operation to find the lost Bowen Tyler. The rescue team, a melting pot of courage and knowledge, comprises of Tyler's loyal friend Ben McBride, scholarly Professor Norfolk, and the intrepid Charly.
