Plot

"The Oldest Profession" presents a vibrant tapestry of tales, each exploring the timeless theme of prostitution through different epochs. The narrative journey commences in the "Prehistoric Era," where a caveman discerns the increased appeal - and the amplified seashell earnings - of a cavewoman adorned with cave paint. In "Roman Nights," the Emperor's search for nightly entertainment takes an unexpected turn when he discovers the expensive, exotic courtesan he's hired is none other than his own Empress. "Mademoiselle Mimi" transports us to revolutionary France, where Mimi's client, the Marquis' nephew, seems more engrossed in the spectacle of guillotinings outside her window than in her seductive advances. The "Gay Nineties" introduce Nini, who, upon realizing her elderly client is a banker, masquerades as a virtuous woman in love, going as far as to pay him like a gigolo. "Paris Today" follows two entrepreneurial women who lure clients using their car, and later, an ambulance, only to be pulled over for speeding. Finally, "Anticipation" presents a cosmic twist, with Demetrius from another galaxy arriving on Earth. However, the girl he's introduced to, Hostess 703, is no ordinary escort, but a "sentimental love" girl who knows the art of verbal seduction. "The Oldest Profession" weaves these tales into a compelling exploration of the world's oldest trade, presented through a unique lens that spans time, place, and even galaxies.
